Effective date: 27 September 2026. This policy describes the code included in this edition of CIRCUITBENCH.
Calculator inputs
Values entered into calculators are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. This edition does not submit those values to a server, create an account or store a calculation history. Navigating away normally clears the current form state, although your browser may restore form values through its own session features.
Cookies and tracking
The supplied pages do not set cookies, use local storage for tracking, load analytics, serve advertisements or embed third-party fonts. Images, styles and calculator scripts are included with the website. No cookie consent banner is required by the supplied code's own behaviour; a publisher who later adds services must reassess that behaviour and update this notice.
Contact information you choose to provide
The contact form lets you prepare a message containing a name, reply address, topic, page reference and description. When no inbox is configured, the form downloads a text file to your device and sends nothing. If the site operator connects an email address, the form opens a draft in your email application. Sending that draft is a separate action in that application.
The website does not keep a server-side copy of a contact draft. A message you later send is handled by the recipient and the email providers involved. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in a calculator question.
Hosting and external links
If these files are served by a hosting provider, that provider may process ordinary connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser headers and request time. Hosting logs and retention depend on the operator's chosen service; they are not implemented by the calculator code. External reference links are optional. Visiting them is governed by the destination's own policies.
Your control
You can use the calculators without providing contact details. Close the page to stop the session, delete any downloaded draft you no longer need, and manage browser history through your browser settings. Requests about messages you actually sent should be directed to the operator through the connected contact route, identifying the message without sending unnecessary personal data.
Updates and operator details
The operator should revise this policy if hosting, analytics, advertising, contact handling or data storage changes. The current publishing identity is CIRCUITBENCH website operator. See Contact for the available correspondence route and About for the identity disclosed in this edition.
